At Organized Oasis of the Carolinas LLC, we provide compassionate, judgment-free organizing services designed to help individuals, families, busy professionals, and businesses create calm, functional spaces that are easier to maintain long-term.

Every home and project is different, which is why we offer flexible support options including:

  • 1:1 organizing sessions
  • Teams of 2 organizers
  • Teams of 3 organizers

The size of your team will depend on your project goals, timeline, and the size of the space.

Step 1: Complimentary Consultation

Free | 45-Minute In-Home Consultation

During your consultation, we will:

  • Walk through your space together
  • Discuss your organizing goals and challenges
  • Create a customized decluttering and organizing plan
  • Answer any questions you may have
  • Recommend session lengths and team size based on your project
  • Take measurements when needed for tailored product recommendations

A $150 deposit is required to reserve your first organizing session. This deposit is applied toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of your scheduled session.

Step 2: Decluttering & Organizing Sessions

Our process focuses on decluttering first, then creating practical systems that are functional, easy to maintain, and tailored to your lifestyle.

Services may include:

  • Decluttering and sorting
  • Categorizing and creating functional zones
  • Space planning and organization systems
  • Product recommendations tailored to your space
  • Labeling and container solutions
  • Donation and trash removal assistance
  • Organizing using both existing items and new products when needed

We work alongside you or independently depending on your preferences and project needs.

Pricing

Lead Organizer

$85 per hour

  • 4-hour minimum required

Additional Organizers

$75 per hour, per organizer

Examples:

  • 1 Organizer Team = $85/hour
  • 2 Organizer Team = $160/hour
  • 3 Organizer Team = $235/hour

We will recommend the best team size based on:

  • Size of the project
  • Desired timeline
  • Amount of decluttering needed
  • Overall project goals

What’s Included:

Depending on your project, services may also include:

  • Product sourcing and recommendations
  • Measurements and space planning
  • Donation drop-offs
  • Labeling systems
  • Maintenance recommendations for long-term success

Additional Services:

  • Trash haul-away service available for $15 per haul-away
